HOLIDAY CLUB PROVIDERS and SCHOOL PROVISION
We have been operating for over 10 years and are a nation-wide leader in school holiday camps. All of our activity schemes operate our caring KOALA core values.
At Koala Klubs, we offer multi-activity camps during school holidays for children aged 5+, at a variety of venues nationwide! In addition to this, we offer a variety of provision in schools. Please see our Clubs Information page and Schools Page for more details on what we provide.
Our Easter camps begin on 4th April. Easter varies in different parts of the country, so our camps will fall on the week the school holiday falls in that area.
Places are filling up fast, so book to avoid disappointment! Visit our Book our Clubs page.

Due to expansion, we have vacancies at our different sites across the Midlands. We are looking for loyal, committed, individuals to be part of our staff team. Our aim is for our staff teams to be consistent, so that children and parents see familiar faces. See our ‘Vacancies‘ page for more information.
The Nottingham University Business School are delighted to partner with local business Koala Klubs as part of a new and exciting project.
The Short-Term Work Experience Programme initially launched in February 2021, with the scheme allowing local businesses to attract University students into short-term internship roles to support their business.
The pilot project sees students go through an application process, in which they apply and are interviewed for roles, just as they would be for Industrial Placements and graduate programmes. This “realistic” experience allows students to practice vital employability skills, such as writing applications, interviews, and allows them to undertake tangible work experience that will greatly enhance their employability prospects.
Neil Vanderwalt, founder and director of Koala Klubs:
“We are excited to be working on this program with an outstanding educational establishment such as Nottingham University Business School. The students we have coming to gain experience with us have already proposed several improvements that can be made to our small business. We are hoping working with a small but rapidly expanding business, will give them a taste of the business world and really allow them to get their teeth into a real project management experience”
Jack Kavanagh, Placement Year Manager at NUBS:
“This programme has been in development for a while and we are delighted to work with Koala Klubs as we fully launch. Neil has worked with students in the past and moreover the experience he will provide will give our students some superb technical and key competencies that they can talk to future employers about.”
Successful students for the Koala Klubs roles will be tasked with launching a brand-new holiday residential scheme which will include programme design, budgeting, marketing and project management.

We have been operating for over 10 years and pride ourselves on the relationship we build with the children, parents and the venues we work with. Our staff are a committed team, fully DBS checked and provide an outstanding service.
Our holiday activity camps are extremely popular and we have a fantastic team who run them. Our mission is that children come to our clubs because they want to, not just because they have to. The staff team strive to achieve our mission and provide a caring, friendly, fun and safe environment for your children to come to.
We do our very best to ensure that children have a great experience and want to return! Being parents ourselves, we fully understand the importance of providing a safe environment, so parents can feel comfortable leaving their children with us.
Our clubs are suitable for children from age 5.
We employ staff who support our Koala values
All of our schemes and activities will be Covid- safe and we will continue to monitor Public Health England advice and liaise with schools and Leisure Centres to update and amend our approach, if necessary.
