At Koala Klubs, we create exciting holiday experiences where children can stay active, build confidence, make new friends and enjoy trying something new.
Our multi-activity camps are carefully designed to offer something for every child. From energetic sports and team games to creative arts, problem-solving challenges and specialist activities, each day is packed with variety, fun and opportunities to learn through play.
We believe children thrive when they feel safe, included and encouraged. That is why our friendly team creates a welcoming environment where every child can get involved at their own pace, discover new interests and leave each day with happy memories.

Our 5 to 7 year olds are taken through a learning journey of Sports and Arts activities and where we offer swimming they are provided with a structured swimming lesson
Children aged 5–7 attending Koala Klubs take part in an activity-based programme where the main focus is supervised sports, arts and crafts, and outdoor learning, rather than general childcare. At our standard Koala Klubs camps, children choose from organised sports sessions and creative arts and crafts activities. At our Bear Grylls themed camps, children take part in adventurous Forest School activities alongside structured sports sessions. These activities are planned to keep children active, engaged and learning new skills throughout the day, while supporting confidence, creativity and teamwork in a safe and supervised environment. Any care provided, including registration, breaks, lunch and transition times, is incidental to the delivery of these main activities.
For our 8+ activity group, we operate a separate register and booking list to ensure that only children aged 8 and over are admitted to this group. This provision has its own activity plan, staff deployment and supervision arrangements, with risk assessments and ratios specific to the age group and activities taking place. Parents are clearly informed that this is an 8+ activity group. Children in this group do not routinely mix with the under-8 childcare group, particularly during free play, transitions, mealtimes or end-of-day collection/holding periods. These arrangements help us ensure that the 8+ group is planned, supervised and managed appropriately and separately from our under-8 childcare provision.
I’ve kept it parent-friendly while making the separation, supervision, ratios and safeguarding arrangements clear for Ofsted.
